How far down the chain will god judge when it comes to abortion?

It's the woman's choice whether she will commit murder or not. Abortion is the murder of an unborn child. Regarding the "chain", that depends on whether people actively participate in killing the unborn child or not: the medical personnel, clinic owners and so forth. No one who supports abortion is blameless in God's eyes.
