I can't take this anymore.?

Please help me, for months now i have been unable to get in cars or anything because of my eyes. They feel tight like all the muscles on my face. I have seen my ophthalmologist and they said nothing is wrong with my eyes. When i go into the open and moving quickly it feels like there is a shock in my eyes almost like having a bright light shined into your eyes without the light,. I do not see any bright lights or flashes nothing showing a retina tear. I am debilitated and after all this i cant afford a dr. My eyes feel tight and literally like there is a shock behind them. I cant ride it makes me sick and angry, i literally can't take this anymore.
