My guinea pig has scabs on her feet, how do I fix it?

I have a guinea pig that is about 1-2 years old and she has scabs on her feet. she's had them for a while now and they have cleared up alittle bit; although, it is in my best interest to get them fixed. She doesn't have a wire bottom cage and I dont put her on or near anything sharp or that could cut her little feet. Also, I haven't sen any blood in her cage. Other than her feet, I have seen no other heath problems. Thank you for your answers! :)
