Post Lasik Question ?

After I done lasik, when I wake up from sleep, i often get some white debris in the retina. When I blink several times, the debris ended up in the eye lash area, so I can taking out, what is the reason there's white debris when i wake up? when I sleep there's none, i don't had that problem before lasik.
