OH MY GOSH PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!?

so i was eating heath bars because they're amazing and i guess i bit down on one too hard and i heard a loud CRUNCH and i think i either cracked or broke my back molar. it's on my left side on the bottom. i can't tell because i have braces! i brushed my teeth and stuff but i can't tell if it's loose or anything! the tooth that i think cracked is the one that has the little ring around it! it doesn't hurt at all because it literally happened like 5 minutes ago but i'm just scared that it's broken! will the ring around it keep it in place enough for the roots to harden back up or something? ahh help!!!!!!!!!!
