PLEASE HELP! Many problems concerning my eyes!?

I have a fairly large yellow spot on my right eye on the right side of the retina. I have no problems with it and i've had it for a few months now, the first few months it wasn't as yellow as it is now and sometimes it wasn't even there but here comes allergy seasons and my mother told me i have allergies but have no idea what the cause is. Now my yellow spot is pretty noticeable with red lines criss-crossing it and to top it off BOTH my eyes are itchy and dry. My moms has the same allergic reactiosn too (with itchiness and red eyes) but i don't recall her having yellow spots and im 14 so i don't drink alcohol and please tell me if im alright because my diet consist of mainly rice and i've been sleeping earlier lately. I do go on the computer but i can't go on for a long while because of my eyes. PLEASE HELP ME AS I REALLY DO ADMIRE MY ABILITY TO SEE
