Black ops vs world at war?

i noticed that a lot of people that hate on black ops say that world at war was a far superior game. but when they say what they hate about black ops, they say "the famas is overpowered, there's second chance and the maps are ugly." but didn't waw have the mp40 as well as second chance and ugly maps? the only advantage i can think of is that it didn't have the problem with ghost that black ops has. but black ops has it's advantages too. idk, i'm just wondering what peoples' opinions are on this.
