Macular degeneration cure?

My girlfriend has been diagnosed with this horrid disease since she was 16, she is now 18. I have researched everywhere and can't come up with anything that seems to be a "cure" for her. Is there any way possible for me to give her my eyes, or is eye replacement even possible? I know certain eye replacements can be done, but she would need a full eye and not just a retina. What out there will give her vision back? she is now at 20/475. and it is getting worse on every visit. Please give me any suggestions you may have. She is already taking every pill on the market practically and all the pills do is make her sick. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
