I don't think I would make this trade. Are you trying to give a boost to your starting pitching or is your desire to move Sizemore the impetus for this trade? I don't think Myers and Lackey are going to do much for you. One other thing to consider is that you are making a 3 for 4 trade meaning you will have to drop another player to maintain the roster limit.
