What proof do you need to prove aduldtry?

I live in MI where adultry is a crime and can be punished by law my husband is currently having an affair or so it seems that way, I received a text on his phone his old phone he must have forgotten to tell all his friends he changed numbers. It said before you go any futher with XXX consider who you will hurt. then the place he is living the womens car is always there he claims it broke down and she can't get it moved. when he was living at home he constantly received text from her claiming it was all work related. I have an email between the two of them saying i love you back and forth he says they are just friends thats how they talk with eachother, I have a vm left on his phone from her saying I love you to him asking if he wants her to stop by he says she left it on his phone thinking she had reached someone else come one does he think im stupid. I know he's cheating I just want to know is this enough evidence to charge both of them or do I need more evidence. they have played me long enough especially my husband and I think it is about time he realizes he can't keep taking advantage of people or you pay the price he deserves it after all he has put me thru hell. Im sure you will say let by gones be by gones but then he once again just gets away with doing whathe pleases and hurts me again and I am tired of it. He needs to know and so does she you don't **** with married men!!!!!
