A couple months ago I had a routine eye exam They found a spot behind my left eye.referred to specialist?

The retina specialist did a few tests n took pics of my eyes. Told me to come back and see him a year but go to my regular eye doc to have a vision field test. I figured all was ok so I cancelled my appt for the additional tests cuz I didn't have my $50 for the copayment. Well they called today to tell me both doctors want me to have the test asap they want to work out a payment plan for the $50. I think that's very nice of them but now I'm worried they think something is wrong. I'm gonna go next week to get the tests done. Do u think I have anything to be worried about?
