Would I be Eligible for SSI Disability because of PTSD after I was assaulted?

People do change and I am speaking about changing self. I too went through a similar experience in my past and when I think about it over and over it takes on more power so focus on logic over imagination. Take self defense classes and learn about safety. I know some persons have no conscience and I personally believe when a person like you describe is loose on society they place many in danger. This is why we have jails and prisons for they exist to reform a person and teach how to be a useful member of society. If this is not possible, they need to be out of society.
