Why is the government forcing me to but heath care?

I am never EVER sick. Maybe 2-5 times a decade. I would say its pretty rare. My mother worked 60 years and never had one sick day. She did not even need heath care. She died of pneumonia from smoking her whole life and i ensure you that the government could do nothing to stop it. Why are people who don't get sick often being forced to buy heath care they don't want?
