My Dog That Needs Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

help me figure out what is wrong with my dog she is a Jack Russel Terrier and has had trouble moving lately she also has a lump the size of a golf ball along her lower nipple and is in perfect heath besides she is a 10 year old brown and white Jack Russel Terrier please help with concerning time please i need your expertise
