Can i get a my license if im one month away from being 18?

Yo! Im 17 right now and its july, and my b day is on august 20th... I cant wait til im 18 by then school will start and i need the license for this job. So basically i dont need for driving and i gotta take advantage of this summer... This is killen me help me out yo !!!!
